Ms. Patricia Francis, one of the longest serving member of Staff of NEWLO: 29 years! Your passing took us all by surprise because even after years of retirement, you were still so active. Your passing teaches us to do all we can while we still have life because no one knows when the hour will come. On behalf of the hundreds of youth and young adults whose lives you moulded, the staff, management and the board of directors of NEWLO, we pray for a perfect home in heaven for you. You were a faithful handmaiden of God. May His Angels welcome you home.
