The new life organization, NEWLO is changing public perception about its standing as an educational institution. Over the years, it was seen as the place of last resort for persons who were not academically inclined.
However, in recent years it has been churning out the next generation of leaders in several areas of skills development including information technology. Ruth Roberts of the ministry of finance journeyed up the west coast just before covid-19 put a halt on operations to take a look at progress being made at the institution.
